Cardinal Culinary Services (CCS) is a Lloyds Registry certified MLC2006 provider that offers hotel services to offshore and remote site facilities. Hotel services include the management of the galley, housekeeping, laundry, bonded stores, provisioning and the staff associated with these areas.
Safety is a top priority at CCS. Our experienced staff is trained to work with our clients to ensure that we meet or exceed the highest requirements of their QHSE policies while working within our client’s established budget. Over the years, we have established global strategic partnerships with our vendors to provide premium goods in the highest possible condition by strictly controlling the cold chain from supplier to customer. Our chefs are trained in international cuisines and they take pride in their ability to develop menus that satisfy the differing dietary demands of the multi-national crews typically found on today’s projects.
We rigorously screen our candidates and put our staff through extensive training, including: CCS orientation and hands-on training in our completely outfitted in-house commercial training facility. This investment of time and training is done before CCS employees are ever assigned to your project.
