Recruitment Overview

 

Cardinal is always seeking qualified candidates for our upcoming and existing client projects.  Our process enables us to recruit, screen and onboard personnel with the experience, skills, and motivations that meet our standards as well as our customers.

 

Applicants are screened utilizing our HRIS system. Our recruiter meets every potential recruit personally to ensure they have the positive attitude and motivation that Cardinal seeks. Once selected, recruits are onboarded ensuring compliance with Cardinal’s qualifications below.

• Physical – Must pass Merchant Mariner Physical and Fit for Duty

• Drug Test – Must be able to pass USCG DOT drug test managed by DISA

​

Once physically cleared, we will send the recruit for any certifications he/she is lacking, We require at a minimum:
 

• Rig Pass/Safegulf Certificate

• Food Handler Certificate

• HUET Certification
